Occupation: Design-Build Engineer (EIT), Heath & Lineback Engineers

Why I Serve: My time at TKE flew by — even with the extra year! While at Auburn, I made lifelong connections through TKE and Greek life that have continued to support my professional growth to this day. When I joined, we had fewer than 50 brothers. By the time I graduated, we were over 165 strong. No matter the size, there was always something special about our brotherhood.

It’s incredible to see where the chapter is now—200+ members, a top GPA, deep support for St. Jude, strong campus involvement, and a reputation that speaks volumes. TKE helped me grow and grounded me in the values I still live by today: Love, Charity, and Esteem.

As President of the Alumni Association, my goal is to give back to the brotherhood that gave me so much — and to help keep it thriving for years to come. I hope to see alumni, friends, and family come together through the Alumni Association as we build a lasting legacy for generations to come.

Thanks for supporting the Beta-Lambda TKE Alumni Association. I’m honored to serve and excited for what’s ahead!

Josh Elliott | Vice President

Hometown: Birmingham, AL

Current City: Atlanta, GA

Graduation Year: 2022

Occupation: Construction Project Manager, Gay Construction Company

Why I Serve: I joined Tau Kappa Epsilon during a pivotal time of rebuilding at Auburn University. What drew me in was the opportunity to be part of something greater than myself and the strong sense of brotherhood I witnessed during recruitment. Over my four years in the chapter, I served in a variety of roles—from participating in numerous committees to holding leadership positions as Hypophetes and ultimately Prytanis in my final year.

Today, as our chapter has grown beyond what many of us ever imagined, I believe the reestablishment of our Alumni Association is essential to ensuring its continued success and stability. Our goal is to reconnect with alumni, help foster a strong professional network for undergraduate members, and build a culture where alumni are engaged and invested—both personally and financially.

I’m proud to serve as Vice President of the Alumni Association and look forward to continuing to give back to the chapter that gave so much to me.

Adam Sienkiewicz | Treasurer

Hometown: Memphis, TN

Current City: Washington, DC

Graduation Year: 2020

Occupation: Manager of Strategy & Service Line Integration, University of Maryland Medical System

Why I Serve: During my time in the undergraduate chapter, we were in “rebuild mode,” and I served in several key roles - including Social Chair, New Member Educator, Vice President, and President. Those were challenging but deeply rewarding years, and today we see the results of that effort: a chapter of 200+ members, a top-ranking IFC GPA, and strong campus involvement.

I believe that a strong undergraduate chapter is built on the foundation of an even stronger alumni network. So when the opportunity arose to help re-launch the Alumni Association under Bo’s leadership, I couldn’t ignore the same passion I felt during our rebuilding years.

As Treasurer, I look forward to ensuring the financial health of the Alumni Association while creating meaningful value for both alumni and the undergraduate chapter

Jonathan Demirci | Social Chair

Occupation: City Planner, Kimley-Horn

Why I Serve: I came to TKE in 2018 as a freshman, not really knowing what to expect. What I didn’t anticipate was finding a brotherhood that would define my college years and extend well beyond them. Nearly a decade later, I’m still close with the best friends I made through TKE. We’ve stood in each other's weddings, celebrated life milestones together, and even watched our wives and girlfriends form their own friendships. Looking back, those years were some of the best of my life, and I’m proud to say that the men I met in TKE remain some of the greatest people I know.

During my undergraduate years, I served as Social Chairman, and I’m excited to carry that same role into the Alumni Association. My goal is to continue planning events that not only bring brothers together but also strengthen our alumni community and give back to the chapter that gave us all so much. For me, TKE has always been about building lasting connections, and I’m committed to making sure future generations experience that same bond.

The Beta-Lambda Alumni Association of Tau Kappa Epsilon at Auburn University was installed as a chapter on .

Since 1899, Tau Kappa Epsilon has never had an exclusionary clause for membership. TKE does not judge men on their wealth, rank or honor, but instead on their personal worth and character.

Our mission is to "to aid men in their mental, moral, and social development for life." In essence, we build Better Men for a Better World.
